Please download the Registration Form, Child Enrollment Form, Early Childhood Health Assessment Record, Committee Selection Forum and the Adult Medical Statement and mail them with a check for $75 (made out to Willington Nursery Cooperative) to:

Tuition

• Tuition is $130 per month.
  
  
• We offer a 10% discount to families who send more than one child at a time (in either class).
  
  
• Tuition is due the first day of school or the first day of each month, September through May.
  
  
• Lunch Club for 4 year olds starts in January on Monday & Wednesdays from 11:30-1:00. The tuition to participate is $50 per month.
