Registration Forms

Please download the Registration Form, Child Enrollment Form, Early Childhood Health Assessment Record, Committee Selection Forum and the Adult Medical Statement and mail them with a check for $75 (made out to Willington Nursery Cooperative) to:

Tuition

  • Tuition for the 3 year old class that meets on Tuesday and Thursday is $95 per month.

  • Tuition for the 3-day 4 year old class that meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday is $130 per month.

  • Tuition for the 5-day 4 year old class that meets Monday through Friday is $225 per month.

  • We offer a 10% discount to families who send more than one child at a time (in either class).

  • Tuition is due the first day of school and the first day of each month, October through May.

  • Lunch Club for 4 year olds starts in January on Monday & Wednesdays from 11:30-1:00. The tuition to participate is $50 per month.

Fundraising

We rely on our fundraising efforts to keep our tuition as low as possible.
